A beautifully balanced light medium roast sourced from the renowned Las Isabellas farm in the Apaneca region of western El Salvador. Grown at an altitude of 1,200–1,450m, this Rainforest Alliance Certified coffee is part of the Blue Harvest project, ensuring sustainable farming that protects water sources and biodiversity.

Crafted from a mix of Pacamara and Bourbon varietals, this roast delivers a sweet, mild cup with refined notes of plum, chocolate, and caramel, rounded with a smooth citrusy brightness.
